- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I put in a request for a key change on my commercial mail box. Spoke directly to the postmaster that delivers my mail that day. That was almost two weeks ago. After not hearing anything, I called and was promptly and rudely told that our postmaster goes door-to-door; we don't have mail boxes. Really?! I'm looking directly at my mailbox. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆There is one lady there who is polite and helpful. The rest are rude to the point of being obnoxious. If at all possible, I use other post offices in town. For example.
