- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Worked with Zeke Patton. This is the second time I have worked with him and I'm impressed by the responsiveness and accuracy of him and the team behind him. His estimate was correct to the penny, and he would inform me of any changes to it and why. He is honest, he dropped the ball and we closed a day later on the 28th instead of the 27th, but he admitted to it and didn't blame anyone else. He, with his wealth of knowledge, helped us step by step and explained everything we could ever have needed to know. From our first pre-approval amount even to the day we signed our new note he was by our side. Zeke Patton was very friendly and professional and did everything to meet our needs.
