- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The service was slow. When I finally got to the counter the clerk was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a new social security card over a month ago and it still hasn't come. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today I took my mom to the SSA office to get clarification on a letter she received from the SSA. The guy who was there to assist us was very rude, snappy with his words and acted like he did not want to help us. He did not even have any common courtesy, kindness or RESPECT. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Since lubbock is the city of thugs and number 41 dangerous cities to live in, this social security building has hired thugs to harass, control and threaten the people here. There are rare good people who work here one is a male who keeps phone conversations short and to the point. Others like grace garcia are known to fight with her words.
