- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My grandpa had just been released from a Lubbock hospital. He has an aggressive cancer of his spine and sever nerve damage rendering him totally immobile. His trip was to be made back home to Roswell, NM. Most of the trip back the driver fidgeted with his radio taking his attention from the road. The temperature outside the van on that stretch of desert road was 107 degrees that day and the van had no air conditioning. Needless to say my grandpa had slid down and out of his seat, almost to the point of being hunched over on the floorboard. The driver never pulled over to correct his uncomfortable and awkward position in the seat. Do not use this company if you care for the person being transported. It was a disaster. We are contacting the BBB about the whole ordeal.By Sir John Herrington, July 27, 2017
